These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Gathering of Mystics website and the purchase of event tickets, workshop registrations, vendor spaces, and participation in the event. By purchasing a ticket or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Event Information

Gathering of Mystics is an event taking place September 12–13, 2026 at the Gallatin River Hideaway in Montana. Event details, schedules, speakers, workshops, and vendors are subject to change at any time.

We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, presenters, workshops, vendors, and programming as needed.

2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are subject to availability.

A ticket includes event entry and the number of workshops specified in the ticket description.

Additional workshops may be purchased separately if available.

Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the event organizers.

3. Payments Plans

If you purchase a ticket using a payment plan or installment option through a third-party provider (such as Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, PayPal Pay Later, or similar services), you agree to the payment terms set by that provider.

The event organizers are not responsible for missed payments, fees, or penalties associated with third-party payment plans.

All tickets must be fully paid according to the payment provider’s terms.

4. Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are subject to the event refund policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

Tickets may be refundable up to a certain date
After that date, tickets may be non-refundable
If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified regarding refunds or rescheduling

5. Event Participation & Conduct

By attending Gathering of Mystics, all participants agree to:

Treat others with respect
Follow event guidelines and rules
Respect the venue and property
Participate at their own risk
Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior
Follow all local laws and venue rules

The event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant from the event without refund if they violate event rules or create an unsafe environment.

6. Workshops, Vendors, and Services

Workshops, readings, healing sessions, and vendor services are offered by independent practitioners and vendors.

The Gathering of Mystics event organizers are not responsible for:

Advice given during workshops
Healing services
Products sold by vendors
Scheduling changes by vendors or facilitators

Participants engage with vendors, workshops, and services at their own discretion.

7. Assumption of Risk

By attending the event, you acknowledge that participation in workshops, movement activities, outdoor activities, ceremonies, or group activities involves personal risk.

You agree that the event organizers, venue, staff, volunteers, and partners are not liable for injuries, losses, damages, or personal property loss.

You attend the event at your own risk.

8. Photography & Media

By attending the event, you consent to photography, video recording, and media capture that may be used for:

Marketing
Social media
Future event promotion
Website content

If you do not wish to be photographed, you must notify the event organizers in writing before the event.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to hack the website, submit false information, or interfere with website functionality.

10. Changes to Terms
