Thank you for registering for Gathering of Mystics. Please read this refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets, workshops, vendor spaces, or other event-related offerings.
1. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales for Gathering of Mystics are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend the event, your ticket may be transferred to another person. All ticket transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the event organizers.
2. Payment Plans
If you purchase a ticket using a payment plan or installment provider such as Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, PayPal Pay Later, or similar services, the payment agreement is between you and the payment provider. Gathering of Mystics is not responsible for missed payments, late fees, interest charges, or payment disputes with third-party payment providers. Refunds for payment plan purchases follow the same refund policy dates listed above. Any refunds issued will be processed according to the payment provider’s policies.
3. Workshops
Each ticket includes a limited number of workshops. Additional workshops may be purchased separately. Workshop purchases are non-refundable, unless the workshop is canceled by the event organizers or facilitator. If a workshop is canceled, you may transfer to another workshop or receive a refund for that workshop only.

Vendor spaces, sponsor packages, and booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled..

If Gathering of Mystics is canceled or rescheduled due to weather, venue issues, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control, ticket holders will be notified and options may include transfer to a rescheduled date, event credit, or a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
