Community Norms & Event Guidelines
Gathering of Mystics
Last updated: 03/22/2026
Welcome to Gathering of Mystics: a summit for witches, warlocks, druids, pagans, mystics, energy workers, medicine people, and modern wisdom keepers. Our intention is to create a safe, respectful, inclusive, and magical environment for all attendees, facilitators, vendors, and staff. By attending this event, you agree to honor these guidelines and community norms.
Community Norms & Living Values
Sovereignty First – Each person is their own authority. We share from lived experience, not from hierarchy. Take what resonates. Leave what does not.
The Body is the Oracle – We honor the body as intelligence. Pause when needed. Move when needed. You are allowed to tend to yourself at any time.
Speak From the “I” – We share from personal experience rather than projection or advice-giving. No fixing. No rescuing. No diagnosing.
Confidentiality is Sacred – What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Stories are not repeated outside the space without explicit consent.
Consent in All Things – Physical touch, energetic practices, emotional processing — all require consent. “No” is a complete sentence. Your nervous system matters.
Clean Energy & Clear Communication – If something feels off, address it directly and respectfully. No triangulation. No gossip. We practice mature repair.
Make Space, Take Space – If you tend to speak often, practice listening. If you tend to stay quiet, practice stepping forward. Balance is a shared responsibility.
Honor the Mystery – Not everything needs to be explained or understood. We allow space for intuition, land wisdom, and the unseen.
Responsibility Over Performance – This is not a place to impress or perform spirituality. Come real. Come human. Come as you are.
Brave Presence – Growth may feel uncomfortable. Stay present with yourself. Ask for support when needed.
Cultural & Lineage Respect – We honor the roots of the practices we engage. We do not appropriate or claim traditions that are not ours.
Reciprocity – Give as much as you receive — through attention, presence, and care for the space.
